I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that Maui Floral is absolutely the best!!! I have ordered from you for years, and flowers are absolutely stunning every time!! (ok, there was that one time last year, they got held up in a warehouse and died, but that was not your fault!!! And they were coming to my house, so it was ok!!). I also want to say a huge thank you for making a lei for my friend Rhonda K in Medford OR. When she called to ask if you could make a lei for her son’s high school graduation, you were not going to be able to make it due to demand in your own area for graduation Leis. The rep. asked how she heard about Maui Floral, and she told them that I had sent her a bouquet after her husband passed away in April, and how beautiful it was. Once you heard about her situation, you did not hesitate, and made the lei for her for her son’s graduation. I have attached a picture. A huge thank you for making their day! Hawaiian Flowers have a special place in her heart, her husband and her were married in Hawaii and they had just taken a family vacation to Hawaii late last year for their anniversary. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for them, and for being such Rock Stars to work with, and supplying us with beautiful bouquets that are unlike any other!!! I wanted to thank you for resending my Mother’s Day 🌸 flowers that were delayed by FedEx. The new flowers filled two vases and have lasted over two weeks! Your service was impeccable. I live in Maine near the Canadian border. They took until Friday afternoon to arrive but they were still fresh! If I may make a suggestion: if you are sending flowers north of Boston, it is a good idea to ship them by Monday to avoid having the flowers get stuck over the weekend. I’ll be sure to order my future flowers by then as well. I truly appreciate your Aloha spirit! Mahalo

I first learned about you years ago when my Austin, TX area horse club, Austin Dressage Unlimited, was hosting a competition with a Hawaiian theme. You very generously donated a bouquet or 2 for our show. It was so gorgeous and unique that I have always remembered it. So on extra special occasions, I now order one of your bouquets to give my loved ones. In July I ordered a medium tropical gift arrangement for our 40th wedding anniversary. Every few days I would trim the bottom and soak the flowers in the tub to put in fresh water. Also every day I took them out on the lanai and would spray them with water. Almost 4 weeks later I still have 4 anthuriums a heliconia and some greenery still looking good.
